These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of heatforyafeet.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make from HFYF, Inc., doing business as HFYF / HEATFORYAFEET ("HFYF", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Legal Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. General terms
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service, limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, bots or fraudulent buyers.
2. Products and availability
Most of our inventory is one of one: one pair, one size. Items are offered while available and may sell out at any time, including after they have been added to your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.
3. Product information and condition
We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph each item accurately, including size, condition and any flaws. Colors may vary by screen. Conditions are graded as follows:
- New: deadstock, never worn.
- New (Imperfect): never worn, with a flaw we call out such as box damage, a missing box or lid, a factory mark or aging. Photos available.
- Pre-Owned: worn or tried on. Photos show the exact item you will receive.
Rare, vintage, sample, player-exclusive, Friends & Family and promotional items may differ from standard retail releases in packaging, tags, labels or accessories.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. For high-value orders we may also accept bank wire, Zelle and other methods arranged directly with us; such orders ship once funds have fully cleared. We may cancel orders affected by a pricing or listing error.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the item ships. We may verify order details, including identity and address, before shipping, and may cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent.
6. Final sale
All sales are final, except as stated in our Refund Policy, which includes our 3-day authenticity guarantee.
7. Authenticity
Every item is inspected in-house and, where appropriate, verified with trusted third-party authentication apps before it is listed. We stand behind the authenticity of everything we sell. If an item is proven inauthentic within 3 days of delivery, you will receive a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.
8. Shipping and risk of loss
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from California or Illinois. Delivery dates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier marks the package delivered. See our Shipping Policy for details.
9. Consignment
Consignment is governed by a separate agreement provided to consignors. Consignors are responsible for the cost of shipping items to us.
10. Fraud prevention
We may hold, verify or cancel orders flagged for fraud. Abuse of disputes or chargebacks may result in cancellation of future orders.
11. Intellectual property
All original content on the Site, including the HFYF name, logo, photos, text and design, belongs to HFYF and may not be copied or used without written permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. HFYF is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any brand we sell unless stated.
12. Third-party services
The Site runs on Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, shipping and analytics. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
13. Prohibited uses
You may not misuse the Site, interfere with its security, scrape it, submit false information or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our Refund Policy, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HFYF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item involved. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify HFYF against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which HFYF, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections where you live are not affected.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
19. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
