Are all products 100% authentic?

Yes. Every product is carefully inspected and run through industry-leading third-party applications if a second opinion is needed.

Do you accept trades?

Yes. We entertain trade offers as long as it makes sense for both parties. Please send us an Instagram DM or email with the product you'd like to trade for and a list of your products that you'd be open to trading.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Payment plans are available through Shop Pay. This is an available option during checkout.

I am interested in a high-ticket product, but want to use a different payment method. Do you offer any alternatives?

Yes. For higher ticket products, we offer payment methods via bank wire/wise app, zelle, and crypto (5% fee). Please contact us via email or Instagram DM for any serious inquiries.

What are your shipping policies?

Please refer to the shipping page located at the bottom to view our shipping policies.

Do you have a physical store?

No. HFYF is solely an e-commerce store.

Can we meet in person to get a deal done?

Yes. If you are local to the Bay Area, California or Chicago area, meeting in person to get a deal done at a safe, public space is an option.

I want to meet at SneakerCon. Is this an option?

Yes. HFYF is a proud member of the SneakerCon family and vend at most of the events with a sponsored booth in the middle of the venue. If you would like to arrange a deal to happen at one of the events, please send us an email or Instagram DM.

I have a question about a product/order. How can I receive an answer promptly?
