Shipping policy

Processing time

We aim to ship every order within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our locations in California or Illinois. During releases, events or holidays processing can take longer, and we will contact you if your order needs extra time. Orders paid by bank wire, Zelle or other direct methods ship once funds have fully cleared.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery

Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out; we cannot redirect packages once they ship.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

Once a package is marked delivered, HFYF is not responsible for loss or theft. If your order arrives damaged, email foryafeet@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Consignment shipments

Consignors are responsible for the cost of shipping items to us.
